How long will it take to receive my frame?

All pieces are made to order so please allow up to 10 working days from delivery to dispatch.

I will email you to confirm once your order has been posted.

Can I return my frame?

Standard-sized frames can be returned for a refund of the item price however, due to the nature of bespoke pieces, I cannot accept returns for these.

I can’t see the frame size I need as an option - can you help?

Of course! I can accommodate almost any frame size although we may be restricted by postage for larger frames. Please get in touch to discuss a bespoke commission.

I’m just down the road - can I collect my frame?

Absolutely. I’m also happy to arrange local drop offs to most North East postcodes. Please email me your request and I’ll do my best.
